Hansen Engine Corporation (DBA: Hansen Engine Technologies, Inc.) approached The Event Group, Incorporated to redefine their brand and look and create an updated graphic identity.
We first evaluated the current brand to gauge perception and identify whether it was effectively communicating with its markets. We also conducted a brand audit on any promotional materials available and found inconsistent messaging and limited brand standards. We walked the client through the exercise of truly defining the company's vision, markets, and value proposition. One important factor in redefining this brand was making sure that we maintained the history of the brand while updating the positioning and refreshing the visual representations.
We worked closely with the CEO of the company to make sure that the essence of what we created maintained the integrity and message behind the original logo art in a more refreshed and contemporary manner. The Hansen Engine brand refresh resulted in a new modern image for the company, portraying its innovative position in the engine boost market.
